A fim de proteger tanto os empregadores quanto os funcion\u00e1rios, \u00e9 melhor entender totalmente os termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es que se aplicam.<\/p>\n<p>Os profissionais podem receber indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o por demiss\u00e3o conforme a lei vietnamita em determinadas circunst\u00e2ncias. Geralmente, eles precisam trabalhar consistentemente para a empresa por 12 meses ou mais.<\/p>\n<p>Para cada ano de servi\u00e7o, uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 equivalente a um sal\u00e1rio mensal.
