danno.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Atti violenti\/insulti gravi<\/span><\/strong><span>: quando un dipendente commette un atto violento o insulta gravemente il datore di lavoro, i suoi familiari, un collega o un agente del datore di lavoro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Reclusione<\/span><\/strong><span>: quando un dipendente viene condannato alla reclusione (temporanea o a lungo termine) con sentenza definitiva e non gli viene concessa una pena sospesa o non gli \u00e8 consentito rinunciare alla pena tramite il pagamento di una multa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Violazione del contratto<\/span><\/strong><span>: quando un dipendente viola gravemente un contratto di lavoro o ha violato gravemente le regole specifiche del lavoro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Danni<\/span><\/strong><span>: quando un dipendente abusa o causa deliberatamente danni a prodotti, strumenti, macchinari, materie prime o propriet\u00e0 del datore di lavoro; oppure il dipendente divulga deliberatamente informazioni riservate o tecniche che potrebbero causare danni al datore di
