Il periodo di prova originale \u00e8 prorogabile per un ulteriore periodo di tempo, fino a 3 mesi. Del rinnovo dovr\u00e0 essere data comunicazione scritta al lavoratore prima della scadenza del periodo iniziale.<\/p>\n<p>Il lavoratore pu\u00f2 dimettersi dandone comunicazione scritta all&#8217;organizzazione. L&#8217;azienda pu\u00f2 anche licenziare un lavoratore fornendo una comunicazione scritta di licenziamento. Come previsto nel contratto di lavoro, la durata del preavviso richiesta \u00e8 la stessa in entrambi i casi.<\/p>\n<p>La sezione 12 (2) dell&#8217;Employment Act 1955 stabilisce che il periodo minimo di preavviso \u00e8:<\/p>\n<p>4+ settimane se meno di 2 anni di servizio<br \/>\n6+ settimane se 2 anni o pi\u00f9 di servizio ma meno di 5 anni<br \/>\n8+ settimane se 5 anni o pi\u00f9 di servizio<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-311a7e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"311a7e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>L&#8217;azienda o il dipendente possono sciogliere il contratto di lavoro senza preavviso.
