graves \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019employeur, des membres de sa famille, d\u2019un coll\u00e8gue ou d\u2019un repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019employeur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emprisonnement<\/strong> \u200e\u2013\u200e Lorsqu&rsquo;un salari\u00e9 est condamn\u00e9 par un jugement d\u00e9finitif \u00e0 une peine d&#8217;emprisonnement, qu&rsquo;elle soit temporaire ou de longue dur\u00e9e, sans b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un sursis ou de la possibilit\u00e9 de payer une amende pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;incarc\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rupture de contrat<\/strong> \u200e\u2013\u200e Lorsqu\u2019un salari\u00e9 enfreint gravement les dispositions du contrat de travail ou commet une infraction importante aux r\u00e8gles internes de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dommages<\/strong> \u200e\u2013\u200e En cas d&rsquo;abus ou de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration volontaire de produits, d&rsquo;outils, d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements ou de biens appartenant \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur, ou encore de divulgation intentionnelle d&rsquo;informations sensibles ou techniques pouvant lui porter pr\u00e9judice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Absent\u00e9isme<\/strong> \u200e\u2013\u200e Lorsqu&rsquo;un salari\u00e9 s&rsquo;absente du travail pendant trois jours cons\u00e9cutifs ou accumule six jours
