En revanche, le calcul des indemnit\u00e9s vers\u00e9es au salari\u00e9 dans le cadre de la rupture de son contrat de travail peut n\u00e9cessiter une assistance juridique. Il est indispensable de bien appr\u00e9hender les conditions relatives au licenciement afin d&rsquo;assurer la protection de l&#8217;employeur et du salari\u00e9.<br \/>\nLa loi vietnamienne permet aux salari\u00e9s de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une indemnit\u00e9 de licenciement sous certaines conditions. Pour pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 cette indemnit\u00e9, le salari\u00e9 doit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement justifier d&rsquo;un an d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 minimum au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 de licenciement est \u00e9gale \u00e0 50% du salaire mensuel par ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9.
